Charlotte, North Carolina, referred to as "The Queen City," is in Mecklenburg County in the North Carolina Piedmont region. The metro area population of Charlotte in 2022 was 2,204,000, a 3.38% increase from 2021, this makes  Charlotte one of the largest urban areas in the U.S.,  offering a combination of Southern charm, small-town friendliness, and a fast-growing business and commerce scene, Charlotte is one of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the nation.  Charlotte is a lively and popular choice for individuals looking to relocate to the Southeast region nationally or internationally or even retire.

I moved to Charlotte in 2002 with my husband who is a professor at UNCC and we have two wonderful teenagers both hardcore Charlotteians.  I am proud to serve the Charlotte community for 18 years in real estate both residential and commercial. I am also a part of the large Turkish Community in NC and Charlotte and love to serve the community where I have my heritage. I am also very experienced in international real estate transactions and relocations.
